The Audi FSI engines of the 2010 A4 and S4 make it to the "10 Best Engines" list for 2010
Audi Pembroke Pines is proud that not one but two Audi engines make it to Ward's AutoWorld list of 10 Best Engines for 2010. A turbocharged 4-cylinder 2.0 TFSI and supercharged 3.0 TFSI 6-cylinder are the chosen ones.Audi has the privilege of being featured on the esteemed "10 Best Engines" list compiled by Ward's AutoWorld. Both the turbocharged four cylinder 2.0 TFSI engine of the Audi A4 and supercharged six cylinder 3.0 TFSI engine of the Audi S4 model floored the panel. The 2010 list consists of vehicles that deliver higher fuel economy and lower emissions without compromising on performance. The 2010 A4 is a 4-door luxury sedan that can seat five passengers in comfort and drive them around in style while the new 2010 Audi S4 is a sports car that gives an exceptional driving experience, latest technology and day-to-day functionality. Audi engines have been on the Ward's "10 Best Engines list for six consecutive years and a total of eight times in the past decade. Audi also has the distinction of being the first automaker in the USA to sell 100% of its gasoline engines with (FSI) direct injection.
The editors of Ward's Automotive Group chose the top 10 from among 34 vehicles belonging to 13 different auto makers. They scored each engine based on horsepower, torque, refinement, technical relevance and comparative data.
